Map and text on sheet of 4.25” x 11” folding down to 8-panel brochure, 4.25” x 2.75”; map image is 4.25” x 8.25” printed across three panels; the whole printed on both sides in light yellow and black. A rare diminutive pocket map of Kansas showing the line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe, with the land grant to the railroad represented by a shaded area on both sides of the track extending from just west of Emporia to the Colorado-Kansas border. Two panels of text entitled The Kansas Itemizer list various facts promoting the region. Also included are a table of distances and a list of land agents. Not in OCLC. CONDITION: Very good.
