A promotional brochure for the rejuvenated Palm Beaches, “moulded for posterity and bulwarked against adversity… preparing for a season greater than ever before -- when mass and class alike will visit the area.”

The climate, clubs, churches, chain stores, transportation, recreation, price of foodstuffs, etc. are described. “Florida has no tax on income, inheritance, franchise, stock transfers or intangible … Sixteen industries employ 697 persons.” Includes two illustrated articles by Don Morris about the manufacture of Woodite wood panels and Mizner pottery, stone, tile, furniture, stained glass and wrought iron products. Also included is a “Miscellany” with information about restaurants, shopping and the Palm Beach Polo Association. Ads appear throughout for restaurants, lumber, plumbing, landscaping, bakeries, cleaners and the like.
